In this project, the primary role as a Temporary Works Designer was centered on designing two new concrete cores, crucial for the stability of the new structure. Faced with a constrained site, we focused on innovative solutions for the demolition of an existing building and the construction of a new one with multiple levels.
Responsibilities included planning restricted headroom piling works and overseeing ground works in a tight space.
Collaborating closely with stakeholders, I ensured our designs met both safety and efficiency standards, playing a key role in maintaining structural integrity throughout the project.
